Andy Sillers was born in Santa Barbara and started his Real Estate career in the Fall of 1991. Since that time he has maintained a thriving Property Management and Real Estate brokerage. Andy and his staff manage approximately 200 residential units in Santa Barbara county. Andy is also the programs & education Chairperson at the Santa Barbara Rental Property Assoc. In addition to his busy work schedule he is raising two sons, William and Matthew, with the help of his wife, Nicole. Andy is also an active Elks 613 member and enjoys playing in the Drum and Bugle Corp.

Spectrum Realty was founded in 1984 by Claude Raffin and Jon Gathercole. In June of 2003 Andy Sillers became the new Broker/Owner of Spectrum Realty Santa Barbara. Spectrum Realty maintains membership with the Santa Barbara Rental Property Association, Association of REALTORS, and Multiple Listing Service. Being affiliated with both groups allows Spectrum Realty to keep track of market trends, changes in Real Estate law and legal aspects affecting you, the owner. We treat each property as if it were our own.
Spectrum Realty manages all sizes of residential properties from single condominiums to large multi-unit complexes. Last year we handled over one hundred vacancy turn-overs without dispute.
