   Spectrum Realty was founded in 1984 by Claude Raffin and Jon Gathercole. In June of 2003 Mr. Raffin retired and Andy Sillers became the new Broker/Owner of Spectrum Realty Santa Barbara. Spectrum Realty maintains membership with the Santa Barbara Rental Property Association, Association of REALTORS, and Multiple Listing Service. Being affiliated with both groups allows Spectrum Realty to keep track of market trends, changes in Real Estate law and legal aspects affecting you, the owner. We treat each property as if it were our own.

Spectrum Realty manages all sizes of residential properties from single condominiums to large multi-unit complexes. Last year we handled over one hundred vacancy turn-overs without dispute.
